RETURN POLICY

How is the return done?

The return process can be done by courier, the amount of the returned products being transferred to your account when the products reached our colleagues and were analyzed. if there is no problem with the products, not used, not any missing labels, and within the original packaging, the transfer can be done by returning to the credit card or wire transfer.

How does the return process work?

Returning the products and receiving the money back is done by sending the courier to your address by us. (The return request must be forwarded to the Customer Service who will notify the courier to present to your address, the request is sent by e-mail to: info@pentimalta.com) , the amount of the returned products being transferred to your account, when the products reached our colleagues and were analyzed.

Payment of the return will be made to your account within 14 days. The order invoice must be inside the package and the return form must be affixed to the outside of the package.

How is an exchange made?

No exchanges of products by courier. Customers should come to shop to exchange products. (For malta only).

 

What are the non-refundable products?

For health reasons or hygiene reasons, underwear (e.g. underwear), cosmetics, silicone products, accessories, jewelry, and corsets are not accepted for exchange or return. For the same hygiene reasons, beach briefs and swimwear with the original hygiene strip removed or damaged are not accepted for exchange or return.
